Hotel Alternative Accommodation
We have created the ambiance of a small boutique hotel while maintaining our own distinctive decor accompanied with Bed and Breakfast services. All picture art exhibited throughout the house is authentic / certified. While staying at Balmoral you are not confined to a bedroom. The common area of the house is a part of the room package. Separate Inn-keepers living quarters ensures guest's complete and quiet enjoyment of the common sitting and dining areas.
Each morning guests enjoy a complimentary breakfast at their convenient time with a variety of items, fresh fruit, steaming coffee, herbal teas and the house specialties.

The water in Downtown St. John's is drinkable, but we have taken an extra step
and provide our guests with "Purified Drinking Water and Ice Cubes". Bottled water is also available at our establishment.
As part of our services, a variety of "White & Red Wines" are also available for purchase at reasonable restaurant prices.

Computer with high-speed internet is located in the sitting/common area, free of charge to our guests to check emails, make pre-boarding flight arrangements, etc. WiFi connection is available in the common area. All rooms are equipped with a high-speed internet cable connection.
Check-in: After 1:00 pm (Late Check-in and after midnight is not a problem.)
Check-out: 10:00 am (We could store your luggage for later departure.)
Upon arrival you will be provided with a parking permit for your vehicle at no extra charge.

Guest Rooms
Each of our guest rooms are well appointed with a high-quality Queen Size bed and a full private (en-suite) washroom. Some rooms are quite large (in excess of 250 square feet), 11 foot ceilings and a fireplace. The rooms in the front of the property have the spectacular panoramic view of the old City, Signal Hill, Cabot Tower, the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, and the icebergs drifting past the harbor. One of the guest rooms on the top floor has a balcony with bistro style table and chairs.
